The Role
- Welcoming and assisting customers in a luxury retail environment
- Driving sales through upselling and cross-selling
- Providing expert product knowledge, brand insight, and styling advice
- Maintaining exceptional store presentation standards at all times
- Supporting at the cash desk and gift-wrapping services
- Assisting with stockroom organisation, replenishment, and deliveries
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapting quickly to changing needs
About You
- Previous experience in luxury retail is essential
- Strong interest in fashion and the luxury retail sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
- Fully flexible and available to work weekends
- Professional, polished, and brand-appropriate presentation
- Based in London or able to commute into the city
