As Client Advisor, you will embody the brand’s values and aesthetic while building lasting client relationships through a personalised, intuitive, and highly informed approach to service. Commercially driven yet discreet and thoughtful in every interaction, you will play a key role in driving sales performance and creating a world-class boutique experience.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Sales
- Deliver an exceptional client experience through personalised styling and product recommendations
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Understand and anticipate client needs with a tailored and service-led approach
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets
- Introduce clients to the brand’s collections, craftsmanship, and identity
Product Knowledge
- Develop a strong understanding of collections, fabrics, styling, and craftsmanship
- Stay informed on seasonal campaigns and key product stories
Visual Merchandising
- Support the visual presentation of the boutique in line with brand standards
- Assist with product rotations and maintain impeccable presentation throughout the day
Team Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and high-performing environment
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to support business objectives and product knowledge development
Brand Ambassador
- Embody the brand’s aesthetic and values through personal presentation and conduct
- Stay connected to fashion, culture, art, and the wider luxury landscape
- Maintain awareness of competitor brands and relevant cultural events and exhibitions

Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in luxury fashion or high-end retail sales

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
