They are seeking a passionate Sales Associate to join their London boutique and represent the brand with professionalism, expertise, and enthusiasm.

The Role

This is a full-time Sales Associate position within a prestigious luxury retail environment. The successful candidate will act as a brand ambassador, providing exceptional customer service while delivering personalised shopping experiences that reflect the brand's heritage and values. Working closely with the boutique team, you will build long-term client relationships, drive sales performance, and contribute to the overall success of the store. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for luxury goods, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering excellence in every client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a luxury client experience by providing personalised product recommendations and styling advice.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
  • Act as a knowledgeable brand ambassador, confidently communicating the brand's history, craftsmanship, and product collections.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets while identifying opportunities to maximise revenue.
  • Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising and boutique presentation.
  • Support stock management, inventory control, and operational procedures within the store.
  • Stay informed on product launches, industry trends, and competitor activity to enhance client conversations.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to create a positive team environment and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a retail sales or customer-facing role, ideally within luxury retail, fashion, accessories, or premium brands.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • A genuine passion for luxury products, fashion, and craftsmanship.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Professional, polished presentation and a customer-focused approach.
  • Additional language skills would be advantageous.
