Sean Rochford

Sean joined Four Seasons Recruitment in June 2025 as a Consultant within the Retail Permanent division, specialising in luxury and premium retail recruitment across London. He partners with leading fashion and luxury brands to hire across a range of retail positions, including Sales Associates, Supervisors, Assistant Store Managers, Store Managers, and Back of House professionals.

Before transitioning into recruitment, Sean built over 20 years of experience in operational and senior management roles, developing strong leadership, commercial awareness, and people management skills that continue to support his work within the luxury retail sector.

Since joining the business, Sean has successfully managed client requirements directly, including the recruitment of a Senior Sales Associate for an internationally recognised luxury womenswear brand based in Central London.
