The Role
Working as part of a passionate retail team and reporting directly to the Store Manager, this role is ideal for a fashion-focused retail professional who enjoys building genuine client relationships, delivering an exceptional customer experience and taking ownership of the shop floor when required.
As a Key Holder, you will play an important role in supporting the Store Manager with the smooth running of the store, while acting as a positive and inspiring presence for the wider team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalised and engaging customer experience through strong product knowledge, styling advice and relationship-led selling.
- Drive individual sales performance while contributing to the store's monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, encouraging repeat business and long-term loyalty.
- Represent the brand with enthusiasm, bringing its distinctive personality, creativity and values to life on the shop floor.
- Maintain excellent store standards, including visual merchandising, product presentation and stock organisation.
- Support store opening and closing procedures and take responsibility for the store when acting as Key Holder.
- Assist the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store and support the wider team when required.
- Help create a positive, energetic and collaborative team environment.
- Handle transactions accurately and professionally, including high-value purchases.
- Support stock deliveries, replenishment, stock management and general operational tasks.
- Contribute to promotional activity, events and key commercial initiatives.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in premium or contemporary fashion retail.
- Strong customer service and selling skills, with a genuine passion for building client relationships.
- A confident and enthusiastic approach to fashion, styling and product.
- Commercially aware, with an understanding of sales targets and retail KPIs.
- Previous Key Holder or supervisory experience would be advantageous.
- Confident working independently and taking responsibility when required.
- Professional, personable and service-driven, with excellent communication skills.
- Energetic and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
- A natural team player who is happy to support and motivate colleagues.
- Flexible and available to work across store opening hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.
