About the Company

Our client is a leading luxury resale business specialising in the buying and selling of highly sought-after designer handbags, fashion, accessories, and fine jewellery. With multiple boutiques across London and a growing international presence, the business has established itself as a trusted destination within the luxury fashion market.

As the company continues its expansion, they are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to support their online operations and deliver an exceptional experience for both clients and consignors.

The Role

This full-time role combines e-commerce operations, product management, client engagement, and sales support. Working across multiple Knightsbridge locations, you will play a key role in ensuring products are accurately processed and presented online while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

This position is ideal for someone with a passion for luxury fashion, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to thrive in a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product onboarding and inventory using internal systems.
• Create engaging and accurate product descriptions for online listings.
• Photograph new arrivals and maintain high visual merchandising standards online.
• Ensure products are processed and uploaded efficiently.
• Maintain accurate stock control and inventory management.
• Keep stockrooms organised and support luxury retail presentation standards.
• Respond to customer enquiries via email, social media, and messaging platforms.
• Build strong relationships with clients and consignors.
• Support pricing requests and consignor communications.
• Assist with in-store appointments and sales activities when required.
• Identify upselling opportunities and contribute to sales growth.
• Support operational projects and process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

• Previous experience within luxury retail, e-commerce, customer service, or a client-facing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Highly organised with excellent time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident working independently and as part of a team.
• Commercially aware with a customer-focused approach.
• Experience using Shopify, ConsignCloud, or similar e-commerce platforms is advantageous.
• Passion for luxury fashion, accessories, and the resale market.
