About the opportunity

We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Sales Associate to join our Bond Street boutique and play a key role in achieving our sales goals. The team consists of 1 store manager, 2 senior client advisors and 1 client advisor. The team are very collaborative, focus on client services and commercial performance.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a luxury retail environment, enjoys building meaningful client relationships, and is motivated by working as part of a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an outstanding luxury client experience at every touchpoint.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify sales opportunities and contribute to achieving boutique sales targets.
  • Support clients with bespoke orders and special requests, ensuring a seamless experience from enquiry to delivery.
  • Manage administrative responsibilities, including manual order processing, target tracking, and client follow-up.
  • Use Excel confidently to maintain records, monitor performance, and support day-to-day boutique operations.
  • Act as a proactive problem solver, responding quickly and effectively to client and operational needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider boutique team to achieve shared goals and deliver exceptional results.

About you

  • A motivated and ambitious individual with a genuine passion for sales.
  • Experience within luxury retail, premium retail, hospitality, or another client-focused environment.
  • A confident communicator who enjoys building long-term client relationships.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Comfortable using Excel and managing detailed processes accurately.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to think on your feet and solve problems effectively.
  • A team player who is committed to contributing to shared targets and success.
