Head of Creative Media and Marketing

Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 (Depending on Experience)

As they continue to expand, we are seeking an exceptional Head of Creative Media & Marketing to lead and evolve the creative vision of the brand across every customer touchpoint.

Overview:

This is a senior leadership role for a highly driven and visionary creative professional who thrives in fast-paced, premium brand environments. You will be responsible for shaping and executing the brand’s creative identity across campaigns, ecommerce, social media, retail, partnerships, and all brand communications.

Leading a multidisciplinary team of photographers, videographers, graphic designers, and marketing creatives, you will ensure all output is visually compelling, commercially effective, and consistently aligned with the brand vision.

Working directly with the Founder/CEO, this role offers the opportunity to play a key part in defining the future growth and global positioning of the brand.

About the Role:

Creative Direction & Brand Leadership

  • Define and lead the overall creative vision and brand identity for the brand
  • Ensure all creative output reflects a premium, aspirational, and consistent brand image
  • Lead seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling initiatives
  • Drive creative excellence across ecommerce, social media, marketing, retail, and partnerships
  • Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team including photographers, videographers, designers, and marketing creatives
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance creative culture
  • Ensure all creative teams are aligned and delivering cohesive storytelling across every platform
  • Manage external agencies, freelancers, and production partners where required
  • Campaign & Content Execution
  • Oversee campaign planning, content production, photoshoots, and post-production
  • Direct creative shoots from concept through to final delivery
  • Collaborate closely with ecommerce and marketing teams to produce high-performing creative assets
  • Ensure all content balances brand storytelling with commercial objectives
  • Brand Growth & Innovation
  • Stay ahead of trends within fashion, luxury, lifestyle, and digital media
  • Continuously evolve the visual identity while maintaining strong brand consistency
  • Introduce fresh ideas, innovation, and cultural relevance to strengthen brand positioning

About You:

  • Proven experience in a senior creative leadership role within fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or performance-led brands
  • Strong experience managing and developing creative teams
  • Background in creative direction, branding, photography, graphic design, content, or marketing
  • Demonstrated success building visually strong and culturally relevant brands
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Strong commercial awareness alongside a refined creative eye
  • Highly detail-oriented with exceptional aesthetic standards
  • Degree-qualified in a creative or marketing discipline, or equivalent industry experience
