Stock Controller – Luxury Fashion
Location: Central London
Salary: Up to £29,000
Four Seasons Recruitment is partnering with an internationally recognised luxury fashion house to recruit a Stock Controller for their fast-paced London flagship environment.
This is an incredible opportunity for a hands-on, proactive, and highly organised individual to step into a pivotal role within a luxury retail business where no two days are ever the same. From international stock transfers to supporting exclusive fashion events, this position offers real variety and exposure within the luxury fashion world.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of all stock operations, supporting both store and head office functions while maintaining exceptional organisation and efficiency across all movements and fulfilment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing all stock movements between store, head office, PR teams, and external locations.
- Fulfilling online customer orders efficiently and accurately from the store.
- Handling international transfers, shipments, and DHL packages.
- Working closely with negative stock reports and resolving discrepancies.
- Supporting trunk shows and exclusive fashion events with stock preparation and
coordination. - Responding to customer requests relating to stock and product availability
- Maintaining accurate stock control procedures and supporting operational efficiency.
- Acting as a key holder and supporting the wider team where required
- Providing additional support during seasonal fashion show events, including occasional Saturday work twice yearly.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous experience within retail stock control or stock operations, whether from
luxury or high street retail. - Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple stock movements
simultaneously. - A proactive and hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail
- Experience handling deliveries, transfers, and operational processes within a retail environment.
- Knowledge of DHL shipping processes and international packages would be highly
advantageous - A positive, enthusiastic, and “can-do” attitude
- The ability to work independently, take initiative, and consistently get the
job done to a high standard
