We are seeking a highly organised, adaptable, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to a successful entrepreneur. This role requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable managing competing priorities, and excels at bringing structure, efficiency, and organisation to a demanding schedule.
The Personal Assistant will act as a trusted right hand, ensuring both professional and personal commitments are managed seamlessly while maintaining the highest levels of discretion and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate a complex and ever-changing calendar, prioritising appointments, meetings, and commitments effectively.

Oversee email correspondence and communications, including drafting, proofreading, and sending communications on behalf of the principal.

Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, bookings, visas, and expense reconciliation.

Prepare documentation, agendas, and materials required for meetings and appointments.

Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with absolute discretion.

Support with personal financial administration, including collating receipts, organising documentation, and assisting with tax-related requirements.

Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and implement systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Conduct ad hoc research and provide information and recommendations as required.

Manage personal errands and lifestyle-related tasks to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities.

Act as a key point of contact, helping to streamline communications and manage priorities.
Required Experience & Skills

Minimum of 5 years' experience supporting a senior executive, founder, entrepreneur, or high-profile individual.

Exceptional organisational skills with proven experience managing complex schedules and competing priorities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.

High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and the ability to build trusted relationships.

Demonstrated discretion and experience handling confidential and sensitive matters.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Apple/Mac systems.

Experience coordinating extensive travel arrangements and managing logistics.

A proactive and solutions-focused approach with the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
