Location: Mayfair, London

Salary: Up to £40,000 + Excellent Benefits

Office Based | Monday – Friday

We are recruiting for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support a successful entrepreneur in a varied and fast-paced role based in Mayfair.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious PA or Team Assistant looking to take the next step in their career. You'll play a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly, providing both business and personal support while working closely with the principal in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a busy and ever-changing diary, scheduling meetings, appointments, and personal commitments.
  • Monitor and manage emails, responding or drafting correspondence where appropriate.
  • Coordinate UK and international travel, including flights, accommodation, itineraries, and transport.
  • Prepare documents, meeting packs, and presentations as required.
  • Assist with personal administration, including expenses, receipts, and general record keeping.
  • Support with lifestyle management, personal errands, and ad hoc requests.
  • Act as a key point of contact, helping to prioritise communications and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Conduct research and source information to support both business and personal projects.
  • Maintain accurate records while handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Look for ways to improve administrative processes and help keep everything running efficiently.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • 2-4 years' experience in a Personal Assistant, Team Assistant, Executive Assistant, or administrative support role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • A proactive, positive attitude and the confidence to work independently.
  • High levels of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence using Apple/Mac systems.
  • Experience coordinating travel and managing busy diaries.
  • A flexible approach with a willingness to support wherever needed.
  • A genuine desire to build a long-term career in a Personal Assistant role.
