The Role
- Deliver a premium customer experience through personalised service and product recommendations.
- Build strong customer relationships and drive sales through confident upselling and cross-selling.
- Provide expert product knowledge, brand storytelling, and styling advice.
- Maintain exceptional visual and housekeeping standards throughout the boutique.
- Support with cash desk transactions, gift wrapping, and customer purchases.
- Assist with stock replenishment, stockroom organisation, and deliveries.
- Develop an understanding of luxury footwear and complementary styling opportunities.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.
About You
- Previous retail experience is essential, ideally within premium or luxury retail.
- A genuine passion for luxury fashion and footwear.
- A confident and proactive salesperson with strong commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
