The Role
• Deliver a premium customer experience through personalised service and expert product recommendations.
• Build strong customer relationships and drive sales through confident upselling and cross-selling.
• Provide in-depth product knowledge, brand storytelling, and guidance on jewellery collections and craftsmanship.
• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and housekeeping standards throughout the boutique.
• Support with cash desk transactions, gift wrapping, and customer purchases.
• Assist with stock replenishment, stockroom organisation, and deliveries.
• Develop an understanding of fine jewellery, gemstones, and complementary styling opportunities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, confidence, and enthusiasm at all times.
About You
• Previous retail experience is essential, ideally within premium or luxury retail.
• A genuine passion for luxury jewellery, watches, and client service.
• A confident and proactive salesperson with strong commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
