Catherine has worked in luxury retail recruitment since 2021, specialising in temporary staffing across London and Bicester. Starting as a temp within the luxury retail sector before progressing into a consultant role, she has developed a strong understanding of both candidate and client needs, alongside excellent relationship management, and fast-paced operational delivery skills.

Now, as a Senior Temps Consultant, Catherine plays a key role in managing the full temp recruitment cycle, ensuring seamless daily fulfilment across a wide range of assignments including ad hoc shifts, pop-ups, sample sales, holiday cover, sickness cover and longer-term projects. Her focus on building strong candidate networks and delivering reliable staffing solutions allows her clients to maintain exceptional service levels in a fast-moving retail environment.
