The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering personalised service, building long-term client relationships, and supporting the boutique in achieving strong commercial results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering exceptional one-to-one customer service and creating memorable client experiences.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Driving sales performance through product knowledge, styling expertise, and
clientelling. - Supporting the team with daily boutique operations and maintaining impeccable store standards.
- Assisting with stock, replenishment, and back-of-house organisation where required.
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to achieve store targets and KPIs.
- Representing the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude at all times.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous experience within premium, high-street, or luxury retail.
- A warm, engaging, and customer-focused approach.
- Strong communication skills and confidence building relationships with clients.
- A proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to support across all areas
of the business. - Natural enthusiasm, positivity, and a “can-do” mindset.
- A genuine passion for fashion, styling, and luxury retail environments.
