The role:
- Supporting the day-to-day operation of a pop-up boutique, ensuring a smooth and welcoming shopping experience
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and deliver excellent customer service
- Greeting and assisting customers with a friendly and professional approach
- Upselling and cross-selling products to maximise sales opportunities
- Providing product, brand, and styling advice tailored to customer needs
- Maintaining the store's presentation to the highest visual merchandising standards
- Supporting checkout operations, including cash handling and gift wrapping
- Assisting with stockroom organisation, replenishment, and delivery processing
About you:
- Previous retail experience
- Interest in luxury retail
- Strong salesperson
