The Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Sales Associate to join the brand's beautiful boutique. Working as part of a close-knit and passionate team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional luxury shopping experience while building meaningful relationships with clients and driving boutique performance.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within premium or luxury retail, a genuine passion for fashion, and a natural ability to provide personalised styling advice. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to represent an internationally admired luxury brand within one of London's most prestigious shopping destinations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional and highly personalised client experience, ensuring every customer receives attentive and memorable service from arrival through to purchase and aftercare.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients through expert styling advice, clientelling, and proactive follow-up to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
  • Consistently achieve individual sales targets and contribute towards the overall success and commercial performance of the boutique.
  • Develop an expert understanding of seasonal collections, fabrics, fits, and styling opportunities to confidently advise clients.
  • Support visual merchandising standards, ensuring the boutique is presented beautifully and reflects the brand's luxury image at all times.
  • Assist with stock management, deliveries, replenishment, inventory counts, and maintaining an organised stockroom.
  • Process transactions, exchanges, and refunds accurately while maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience within luxury, premium fashion, or high-end retail is essential.
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service while achieving individual sales targets.
  • A genuine passion for luxury fashion, styling, and creating memorable client experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and professional approach.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • A positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced boutique environment.
  • Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and peak trading periods as required.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages would be advantageous.
