The role:
- Welcoming customers and delivering excellent customer service
- Recommending additional products to maximise sales opportunities
- Offering expert advice on products, brands, and outfit coordination
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and visually appealing sales floor
- Supporting at the cash desk and wrapping area
- Organising stock, replenishing displays, and assisting with incoming deliveries
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to learn new tasks quickly
About you:
- Previous retail experience is desirable but not necessary
- Strong interest in premium and luxury fashion brands
- Confident communicator with excellent people skills
- Dedicated to providing a high standard of customer care
- Flexible and dependable with working hours
- Smart, approachable, and professional in appearance and conduct
