About the Opportunity

A rare opportunity has arisen for an accomplished and service-driven Sales Associate to join a prestigious luxury retail environment in Belgravia, London. This position is ideally suited to an individual with a passion for luxury fashion, a strong appreciation for craftsmanship, and a natural ability to cultivate meaningful client relationships.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering an exceptional in-store experience, driving commercial performance, and representing the values of the brand with professionalism and sophistication.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Representation

  • Serve as a true ambassador for the maison, consistently reflecting the brand’s image, values, and standards through impeccable personal presentation and conduct.
  • Deliver a warm, seamless, and highly personalised welcome to every client, ensuring an elevated luxury experience at all times.
  • Confidently communicate the heritage, craftsmanship, and unique identity of the brand to clients and colleagues alike.
  • Demonstrate expert product knowledge, offering styling advice and tailored recommendations that enhance the client journey.

Sales & Client Experience

  • Provide a bespoke end-to-end customer experience, from initial consultation through to purchase and after-sales service.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, fostering loyalty through consistent follow-up and personalised communication.
  • Proactively develop the client database to generate repeat business, private appointments, and ongoing engagement.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of collections, seasonal launches, product availability, and stock positioning.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets, KPI objectives, and boutique performance goals.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to create a high-performing, supportive, and client-centric team environment.

Boutique Operations

  • Manage all cashiering and payment procedures with precision, including transactions, refunds, and daily reconciliation.
  • Ensure the boutique floor, fitting rooms, and all client-facing areas are maintained to the highest standards of presentation and luxury retail excellence.
  • Support stockroom operations including deliveries, replenishment, inventory management, stock transfers, and reorders.
  • Uphold visual merchandising guidelines to ensure the boutique environment remains polished, elegant, and commercially effective.
  • Contribute to the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the boutique through strong organisational discipline and attention to detail.

About You

  • Previous experience within a similar role in luxury fashion, premium retail, or a high-touch client service environment is essential.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional and personalised customer experiences.
  • A genuine passion for luxury fashion, craftsmanship, and premium products.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the confidence to engage a discerning international clientele.
  • Highly polished, professional, and confident in both presentation and manner.
  • Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong commercial awareness.
  • Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving retail environment.
  • A collaborative team player with initiative, positivity, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages would be highly advantageous.
