Job Title: Sales Assistant
Contract: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
- Up to £30,000 based on experience
- Subject to a bonus based on performance
- As a Sales Assistant, you will play an essential role in providing an exceptional luxury retail experience. You will represent the brand with professionalism and care, ensuring every customer interaction reflects our standards of service, style, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a high level of personalised customer service, offering styling advice and product knowledge in line with luxury standards
- Support the store team in achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising, ensuring displays reflect brand guidelines
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with stock management, replenishment, and organisation of the stockroom
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth store operations and a welcoming environment
- Participate in special events, promotions, and stocktaking as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, polished, and proactive approach
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends, peak periods, and additional hours when requested
