About the Opportunity
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a polished and service-driven Sales Associate to join a luxury boutique in the heart of Mayfair. This position is suited to an individual with a passion for luxury retail, a strong appreciation for craftsmanship, and a proven ability to cultivate meaningful client relationships while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage clients in accordance with the brand’s service standards, ensuring each interaction is warm, professional, and memorable.
- Deliver a bespoke and seamless client journey from initial consultation through to purchase and after-sales support.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients, maintaining regular communication regarding collections, launches, and exclusive services.
- Actively support CRM and clienteling initiatives, ensuring accurate data capture, follow-up activity, and customer engagement in line with company expectations.
- Maintain impeccable boutique presentation standards, ensuring the sales floor reflects the prestige of the brand at all times.
- Support stockroom and operational processes, including inventory management, stock transfers, deliveries, returns, and replenishment.
- Manage payment and treasury procedures accurately, including cash handling, tax-free transactions, refunds, and daily reconciliation.
- Share client feedback, market intelligence, and commercial insights with management to support business growth and performance.
- Consistently contribute to achieving individual and boutique sales objectives while upholding the highest standards of luxury service.
About You
- Previous experience within a luxury retail or premium customer service environment, ideally in footwear, fashion, accessories, or beauty.
- Demonstrated success in delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving sales targets.
- A genuine passion for luxury products, craftsmanship, and personalised service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with a discerning clientele.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and confidence in supporting operational excellence.
- Professional, polished, and confident in presentation and manner.
- Fluent in English; additional languages would be highly advantageous.
- Flexible to work retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.
