We are partnered with a beautiful contemporary womenswear brand, seeking a Supervisor to join their new West London store.
With a salary of £30,000 per annum OTE, you’ll work within the team to curate exceptional experiences for your clients.

The role:
- Leader in sales and service in the store
- Support management drive sales techiniques across the sales team
- Commerically minded to drive store perfomance
- Deliver luxury service at all times.
- Fostering and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Implement clientelling iniatavies in new store locaiton
- Support management with operations when required
About You:
- Experience within a luxury or premium brand
- Experience of enhancing customer service
- Experience driving clientelling in a luxury or premium brand
- Lead by example, motivating and inspiring your team
- Versatile and willing to learn
- Self motivated with a drive to succeed
The Package:
- £30, 000 per annum OTE
