As a Senior Sales Associate you will flourish in your unwavering commitment to elevating the customer experience. In your role, you will be a part of a close team, using your expertise to build and manage client relationships whilst maximising sales.

The Role:

-          Driving sales

-          Providing outstanding customer and after-sales service

-          Building and maintaining loyal relationships with clients, including VIPs and celebrities

-          Acting as an ambassador for the brand, promoting the culture and values at all times

-          Arranging and holding private appointments

-          Contributing towards the maintenance of visual boutique standards

-          Showcasing integrity and enthusiasm consistently

-          Thriving within a team-based environment. Passionate about supporting your colleagues.

-          Supporting management to ensure compliance and standards.

Essential Requirements:

-          Goal-oriented and driven with a strong work ethic.

-          Elevated individual, familiar with luxury price points

-          Consistent work history
