More than just a brand, they are regarded as a British pinnacle of all things handmade. 

As a Sales Associate in their Flagship London boutique, you will act as a brand ambassador at all times, exuding professionalism and luxury. Whilst working towards targets, you will boost sales by providing the highest standard of customer service.


The Role:

· Deliver a first-class customer service experience

· Maximise personal sales targets.

· Deliver client satisfaction through exceptional sales and after care service skills.

· Role Model of the company vaules

· Develop genuine relationships with clients

· Uphold impeccable boutique operations standards.

· Support strong visual standards throughout the store.


About You:

· Minimum 3 years’ experience within a customer focused, luxury retail environement

· A passion for British Heritage Products and craftmanship detailing

· Happy working to team sales goals and KPIs

· Impeccable attention to detail

· Enthusiastic and approachable

· Outstanding communication and organisation skills


The Package:

· Salary £32,000 per annumn

· Commission structure

· Boutique opening hours
