As a Assistant Store Manager, you will lead, support, coach, challenge and empower your team to achieve the our Client’s objectives through example setting, clear targets, training, excellent customer service expertise and effective merchandise presentation skills.
The Role:
- Lead by example in all areas, excelling in customer service.
- Experience in acquisition and retention of clients.
- Support Store Manager running local store VIP event initiatives.
- Motivate team to exceed goals and to deliver elevated service.
- Collaborate with Store Manager to achieve operational excellence in all areas.
- Commerically minded, experience reacting to competitor activity and consulting with key stakeholders across the business.
- Sales driven, you will exceed your own personal sales goals and the sales floor.
- Operational experience, supporting Store Manager with rotas, reporting, and managing store budgets.
- Experience delivering team training.

About You:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience within a client-driven, luxury retail environment.
