Four Seasons Recruitment are looking for confident and polished Luxury Hosts to support a prestigious luxury fashion brand at an exciting pop-up in Bicester.
The Role
- Welcome and greet clients in a warm, professional and personable manner.
- Create a positive first impression and ensure every client feels valued.
- Manage the flow of customers into the boutique, particularly during busy periods.
- Support the sales team by directing clients to the appropriate areas or sales advisors.
- Build rapport with clients and provide a high level of customer service throughout their visit.
- Assist with appointments, queues and client requests where required.
- Maintain impeccable presentation standards across the entrance and client-facing areas.
- Offer refreshments and other hospitality services to enhance the customer experience.
- Support the wider boutique team with day-to-day tasks as required.
- Represent a prestigious luxury fashion brand with professionalism, confidence and discretion.
About You
- Previous experience in luxury, premium retail, hospitality, hotels or high-end customer service is essential.
- Confident, polished and personable with a natural ability to engage with customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Professional, well-presented and highly attentive to detail.
- Calm and composed when working in a busy environment.
- Proactive, reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexible and available to work weekdays, weekends and peak trading periods.
- Based in Bicester or able to travel easily to Bicester.
