Four Seasons Recruitment are looking for experienced Luxury Womenswear Sales Associates to join leading luxury fashion brands in Bicester on a temporary basis.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate fashion professional to work within a luxury womenswear environment, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
- Deliver a highly personalised and knowledgeable customer experience.
- Build genuine relationships with clients and understand their individual style and requirements.
- Offer confident styling advice and product recommendations across womenswear, accessories, and collections.
- Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and strong product knowledge.
- Maintain impeccable standards across the shop floor, ensuring the boutique is presented to the highest level.
- Support fitting rooms, till operations, gift wrapping, and other aspects of the customer journey.
- Assist with deliveries, replenishment, stock transfers, and maintaining an organised stockroom.
- Represent a prestigious luxury fashion brand with professionalism and confidence.
- Work closely with the wider team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
About You
- Previous experience in luxury or premium womenswear fashion retail is essential.
- Strong knowledge and genuine passion for luxury fashion, styling, and womenswear.
- Confident engaging with a diverse range of customers and building long-term client relationships.
- Commercially driven with experience working towards sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Polished, personable, and professional with a strong eye for detail.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexible and available to work weekdays, weekends, and peak trading periods.
- Based in Bicester or able to travel easily to Bicester.
