Back of House Manager – Luxury Fashion Pop-Up
Up to £17 per hour (including holiday pay)

Four Seasons Recruitment are looking for an experienced Back of House Manager to join a prestigious luxury fashion brand for an exciting three-month pop-up in Bicester.
The Role
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the back of house operation.
- Manage incoming deliveries, stock movements and replenishment.
- Ensure stock is accurately received, organised and stored.
- Maintain a clean, efficient and well-organised stockroom.
- Coordinate stock transfers and movement between the back and front of house.
- Support the sales team with timely stock replenishment.
- Work closely with the Store Manager and wider team to support the smooth running of the pop-up.
- Maintain the high standards expected of a luxury fashion brand.
About You
- Previous experience in a Back of House, Stock or Operations Management role within luxury or premium fashion retail is essential.
- Strong understanding of stock management and retail operations.
- Confident managing deliveries, stock movements and inventory.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced pop-up environment.
- Professional, reliable and well-presented.
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.
- Available for the full three-month temporary assignment.
- Based in Bicester or able to travel easily to Bicester.
