  • Escalate payment risks and unresolved issues promptly.

In-Season Trading & Account Support

  • Collect and monitor sell-through and stock data to support account performance and trading decisions.
  • Identify potential reorder and stock-swap opportunities.
  • Coordinate returns to vendor (RTVs), special orders, consignment activity, markdowns and end-of-season returns, where applicable.

Reporting & Operational Controls

  • Prepare and maintain accurate weekly reports covering sales, open orders, shipments, cancellations, returns, sell-through and receivables.
  • Identify and flag delivery, payment and account risks at an early stage.
  • Keep internal trackers, reporting tools and systems accurate and up to date.

Showroom & Market Support

  • Support seasonal showroom and selling campaigns, including client scheduling, appointment coordination, order preparation, line sheets and order capture.
  • Assist with post-market follow-up, ensuring all orders are reviewed, confirmed and communicated within agreed deadlines.

Systems & Account Set-up

  • Maintain accurate client master data, pricing, shipping details, contact information and commercial terms across JOOR, Zedonk and internal trackers.
  • Support new account onboarding and ensure all necessary operational and system set-up is completed accurately.

About You:

  • Exceptional organisational skills, accuracy and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and competing deadlines effectively.
  • Strong numerical skills and confidence working with sales, sell-through, order and receivables data. Advanced proficiency in Excel is essential.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, with the confidence to manage sensitive operational issues and payment conversations professionally.
  • The ability to take responsibility for tasks and issues from initial enquiry through to resolution in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.
