Our client is a global luxury fashion house who is focussed on providing impeccable craftsmanship and designs that live through the ages.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Concession Manager with luxury experience seeking to run a Harrods boutique.
As Manager, you will lead and inspire a small team dedicated to delivering an exceptional clienteling experience focussed on understanding the unique preferences, style and requirements of each client.
This position will suit someone who enjoys building and nurturing long-lasting relationships with valued clientele and who enjoys networking to engage with new potential customers.
This role requires you to be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
About The Role:
Key Areas of the Concession Manager’s Responsibility:
- Responsible for developing and implementing action plans to improve results and support key business strategies.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise presentation to ensure a seamless and inviting shopping experience.
- Develop and implement sales and performance strategies to ensure targets are met.
- Build strong relationships with other concession partners and management throughout the department store.
- Lead by example in delivering an excellent and unparalleled customer service.
- Continuously train and coach your team to ensure they develop their skills and achieve their goals.
- Work in partnership with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure the concession is in line with the department store requirements.
- Ensure the concession is following all security protocols
About You:
- Luxury Management experience is essential
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and driving business growth.
- Eloquent with excellent communication skills
- Committed to company working processes, systems, and protocols
- Knowledge of retail operations, including merchandising and inventory management.
