About The Role:
- Serve as a brand ambassador, offering a personalised service to each customer.
- Develop strong relationships with VIP clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert product knowledge and personalised recommendations.
- Conduct personalised consultations to understand style preferences and wardrobe needs.
- Curate customised luxury product selections tailored to individual tastes.
- Offer styling guidance.
- Drive sales revenue by engaging with VIP clients, showcasing luxury products, and maximising up-selling.
- Exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate client interaction records for future sales opportunities.
- Ensure luxury standards in store presentation and merchandising.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for operational consistency.
Essentials:
- Experience with Celebrity VIP clients
