Our client is a prestigious footwear label recognised for its high-quality craftmanship, elegant designs, and timeless appeal, catering to those who appreciate classic style and superior  comfort.

As Sales Assistant you will represent our Client to customers. You are a sales professional in the luxury goods sector and put your professionalism at the centre of the brand image, prioritising your Customer’s satisfaction and loyalty.

The Role: 

  • Ensure seamless store operations, keeping customers satisfied.
  • Resemble the brand's style, maintaining their image.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to create a positive store environment.
  • Keep track of fashion trends and competitors to meet customer needs effectively.
  • Improve every step of the sales process, from greeting customers to ensuring their loyalty through good CRM/ Client outreach practices.
  • Work with the CRM specalist to deliver the company clientelling strategy 2024.
  • Manage relationships with customers after sales, handle complaints, and encourage brand loyalty.
  • Know all products well and take care of them properly in the store.
  • Arrange products attractively to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Be aware of stock levels, help organize the stockroom, and participate in inventory checks.
  • Help prevent theft, report any losses promptly, and follow company procedures for handling money.
