As a Sales Associate in their Central London boutique, you will act as a brand ambassador at all times, exuding professionalism and luxury. Whilst working towards targets, you will boost sales by providing the highest standard of customer service.

The Role:

  • Maximising sales
  • Maintaining loyal relationships with new and existing customers
  • Reflecting your knowledge and understanding of the brands’ product and history
  • Acting as an ambassador for the brand, always promoting values
  • Working the POS system
  • Collaborating effectively with a close team
  • Assisting in upholding the visual standards of the boutique
  • Coordinating daily deliveries
  • Adhering to administrative duties when required

About You:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience within a luxury menswear brand
  • Made to Measure and bespoke experience is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of the retail business and industry
  • Outstanding communication and organisation skills
  • Dedicated and focussed team player
  • Fluent in English, verbal and written

The Package:

  • Salary £36,000 OTE per annum
