The Role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join the Madison Avenue boutique. This is a sales-focused position requiring a proactive, entrepreneurial approach, both inside the store and out with client visits. The role will involve networking, attending events, and building relationships with clients to drive sales and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and engage all clients, in-store and externally, identifying their needs and preferences
• Deliver a consistently high standard of luxury service with a professional, approachable manner
• Act as a trusted style advisor, recommending footwear based on fit, lifestyle, and personal style
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and articulate the brand’s design, materials, and craftsmanship
• Provide guidance on product features, care, and styling
• Confidently process transactions according to company procedures
• Support boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards
• Maintain stock organisation and assist with inventory management
• Proactively work towards achieving individual and overall sales targets
• Attend events and networking opportunities to generate new business
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat visits
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of the boutique team
• Follow all company policies and procedures consistently
Essential Skills & Experience
• Fluent in English
• 2–5 years’ experience in luxury fashion, footwear, or premium retail
• Proven ability to generate sales and work proactively to meet targets
• Entrepreneurial and self-motivated with a proactive approach
• Strong client-service mindset with exceptional communication skills
• Comfortable networking and building relationships both in-store and externally
• Passion for luxury menswear and footwear
• Flexible and adaptable to business needs and client schedules
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience working with high-net-worth or luxury clientele
