Sales Associate
up to £30k + Commission
Tuesday – Saturday (every Sunday off!)
Offering a unique selection of exuberant, unusual colours and shapes, our client is an independently sourced concept store looking for a Sales Associate to work in their Chelsea boutique. This beautiful store offers a distinctive collection of quirky, pre-loved items across homeware, fashion, jewellery, beauty & wellbeing categories.
As a Sales Associate, you will have a wide variety of responsibilities and will operate as a full 360 Sales Associate, offering back of house support, opening and closing duties, and of course, customer sales.
There are also NO SUNDAY’s with this role!
The Role:
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Maintaining outstanding store condition, and upkeeping set visual merchandising standards
- Maintaining a fully stocked store
- Ascertaining customers’ needs and wants
- Recommending and displaying items that match customer needs
- Welcoming and greeting customers
- Managing point-of-sale processes
- Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments and stock management
- Keeping up-to-date with product information
- Accurately describing product features and benefits
- Following all company policies and procedures
About You:
- Previous retail experience is essential
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Track record of meeting and achieving sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
- Basic administration skills
- Experience working within a small team/boutique
