As a Runner, you will be essential in delivering a flawless client journey. Your efficiency, organisation, and attention to detail will ensure the shop floor runs seamlessly, supporting both clients and colleagues in creating an exceptional luxury experience.
The Role:
- Providing consistent support to the shop floor team
- Responding quickly to client requests and retrieving stock efficiently
- Replenishing and maintaining pristine boutique presentation
- Ensuring every client enjoys a smooth and polished experience
- Greeting clients with warmth, professionalism, and discretion
- Thriving under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Developing expert knowledge of the brand’s history, heritage, and craftsmanship
- Using storytelling to enhance and elevate the customer journey
About You:
- Impeccable grooming and presentation
- Clear, confident, and professional communication skills
- Previous runner or stockroom experience is preferred
- Calm, reliable, and able to deliver excellence under pressure
- Flexible, quick to adapt, and solutions-focused
- Genuine understanding and appreciation of luxury standards
The Package:
- Salary £28,000 per annum
- Team Commission
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
