An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Associate to join the boutique team in Mayfair. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering a truly exceptional client experience while driving sales performance. You will work collaboratively within a close-knit team, supporting bespoke orders, managing client relationships, and upholding the brand’s prestigious standards.
The Role
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales and cultivating long-term client relationships through exceptional service and product expertise.
Key responsibilities include:

Driving boutique sales performance while consistently achieving individual targets

Delivering outstanding customer service and after-sales support

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, including VIPs and high-profile customers

Acting as a brand ambassador, promoting the brand’s heritage, culture, and values at all times

Managing and hosting private appointments and personalised shopping experiences

Supporting bespoke orders, repairs, and client requests from initiation to completion

Processing transactions accurately through POS systems and maintaining CRM records
-
Maintaining the visual standards and overall presentation of the boutique

Supporting inventory accuracy through stock checks and cycle counts
-
Collaborating with colleagues and management to ensure operational excellence and compliance with retail procedures

Demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm in a team-driven environment
About You
The ideal candidate will bring passion for luxury retail alongside strong interpersonal and sales skills.

Previous experience in luxury retail or a premium client-facing environment (minimum 2 years preferred)
