We are seeking a luxury Wrapper to support the team within a Mayfair flagship boutique. The role is central to the client journey and demands a refined, detail-oriented, and service-driven approach, with consistently high standards throughout the boutique.
The Role
• Supporting the development and maintenance of long-term client relationships
• Ensuring sufficient stock levels of all packaging materials at all times
• Maintaining an immaculate wrapping area and contributing to overall shop-floor standards
• Developing thorough knowledge of the brand’s history, products, and craftsmanship
• Multitasking effectively and providing cover for Runners and Hosts when required
• Assisting with client flow and operational support to the sales team
• Working collaboratively within a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment

• Previous experience within a luxury retail environment
• Experience working in a fast-paced, service-focused setting
• Comfortable working within a multicultural team
• Highly organised, meticulous, and efficient
