The Role:
- Greeting and assisting customers.
- Upselling and cross-selling products.
- Providing product and brand knowledge, as well as styling advice.
- Ensuring the immaculate appearance of the store.
- Supporting at the cash desk and gift wrapping area.
- Assisting with stockroom organisation and deliveries.
- A quick thinker with the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
About You:
- Previous luxury retail experience is essential.
- A strong interest in fashion and luxury retail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Flexible availability for shifts.
- A professional and polished demeanour.
- Based in or able to commute to London.
