As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for clients in an extremely fast-paced boutique, setting the tone for a flawless luxury experience. Your professionalism, organisation, and warmth will ensure every guest feels welcomed while supporting the team in delivering a seamless and polished client journey.
The Role:
- Greeting and welcoming clients with warmth, discretion, and professionalism
- Managing client flow to ensure a smooth and efficient experience
- Overseeing and coordinating the daily appointment calendar
- Communicating client needs to management and sales teams
- Supporting boutique events and private client appointments
- Assisting with gift wrapping and boutique presentation when required
- Upholding security, compliance, and brand standards at all times
- Providing consistent support across boutique operations
About You:
- Impeccable grooming and professional presentation
- Confident, clear, and engaging communication skills
- Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or client-facing roles preferred
- Calm, reliable, and able to deliver excellence under pressure
- Flexible, adaptable, and solutions-focused
- Authentic, trustworthy, and a natural team player
- Genuine appreciation of luxury standards and client expectations
The Package:
- Salary £28,000 per annum
- Team Commission
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
- Boutique working hours
