Luxury Jewellery Brand

My client is a beautiful luxury jewellery brand which has been going from strength to strength since it launched around six years ago. They have multiple stores across London as well as having an ever increasing online presence and celebrity following.

Brief
Like with most luxury brands, they look for employees who can deliver the highest levels of customer service to a wide client audience, but as well as this; they are look for brand ambassadors who embody their ethos of celebrating individuality and creativity.
In particular, this client seeks vibrant and highly personable characters to represent their brand, which is something we keep at the forefront of our minds when recruiting for them. We meet all of our candidates in person before introducing them to clients, in order to get a real understanding of their individual personalities and drives so that we can shortlist candidates which specifically match our clients brand and ethos.

Outcome
We have placed 12 candidates with this brand within the last 10 months, ranging from sales to management level. We have developed a long-standing relationship with this client and we like to think of ourselves as an extension of their recruitment team. We put this down to really understanding what it is they look for in a candidate and making sure we really get to know the candidates we put across to them.
