Our client is seeking applicants for the newly created role of Wholesale Coordinator at their Chelsea Showroom in New York City. With a background in jewelry or the luxury market, the ideal candidate will provide administrative and operational support for sales processes. Key Responsibilities
- Support Senior Manager and Director in coordinating the day to day of wholesale partners: process new orders, store stock allocations, RTV’s, and stock swaps
- Coordinate movement of all stock including but not limited to: orders, consignment inventory, special orders and trunk show merchandise
- Generate line sheets, order summaries and stock availability reports
- Provide solutions to meet store and customer needs
- Assist with event planning, preparation, and execution (some weekend availability may be required)
- Track production statuses on orders and liaise deliveries
- Liaise with Logistics Team on any relevant store shipments
- Facilitate repair and resizing requests for wholesale clients
Required Skills / Experience:
- Self-motivated, results driven, professional salesperson
- Proficiency with computer programs including Outlook, Word, Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; self-starter
