 Today, the brand continues to focus on ready-to-wear, Made to Measure, and Bespoke offerings, catering to those who value quality, tradition, and refined tailoring.

Role Overview

The Visual Merchandiser Assistant supports the development, coordination, and execution of visual merchandising strategies across retail locations, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand identity in line with the company’s creative direction and commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising guidelines, including floor plans and layouts, in collaboration with the VM Manager and Creative Director.
  • Support monthly e-commerce and marketing photoshoots through campaign styling, drawing inspiration from the Creative Director’s vision.
  • Maintain the visual merchandising calendar and prepare for upcoming window installations or floor changes.
  • Partner with store teams to ensure visual standards are executed consistently and effectively, using commercial data to drive visual decisions that enhance performance.
  • Oversee the execution of seasonal visual concepts, such as window displays and lightboxes, ensuring they clearly reflect the brand narrative, seasonal themes, and product focus.
  • Communicate regularly and effectively with store teams to share VM updates, guidelines, and expectations.
  • Source and install creative elements for retail spaces to maintain a fresh and engaging in-store experience, including exploring potential collaboration opportunities.
  • Preserve brand integrity through all visual displays in stores and showrooms, including mannequin styling, props, and product presentation.
  • Develop showroom guidelines for seasonal product presentations, including the curation of props and display materials.
  • Contribute to various ad hoc visual merchandising and creative projects as required.
  • Conduct daily maintenance and presentation upkeep, including steaming and cleaning across all London store locations.

Candidate Requirements

Experience & Background

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a fashion retail environment, ideally within premium or luxury brands.
  • Familiarity with global retail brands, market trends, and international retail strategies.

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong collaborative mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of visual design, concept development, and production processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp, or similar tools is preferred.
  • Highly organised, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and adaptable with a “can-do” attitude.
