Our client, a globally recognised consumer goods giant, is seeking candidates at Supervisor level and above to start ASAP.
The ideal candidate will approach store operations positively and pro-actively, ensuring engagement and motivation to meet standards and expectations consistently.
The Role:
- Driving business expansion through increased sales and enhanced store profitability
- Pro-actively monitor store KPIs, pinpointing both growth opportunities and potential risks, and implement decisive action plans
- Managing and driving a sales team, fostering a supportive environment
- Working closely with the Area Manager and other key internal and external stakeholders
- Implement in-store marketing initiatives and monthly visual merchandising layouts according to company guidelines
- Enforce and grow the store’s customer centric culture, ensuring the highest service standards at all times
- Maintaining high standards in food safety and health safety in store
- Provide active support for a collaborative environment, enabling knowledge sharing, encouraging teamwork, and driving ideas to implementation
- Oversee store rota and delivery schedule
About You:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced retail environment, at either Supervisor, Assistant or Store Manager level
- Commercially minded and sales driven
- Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Resilient and adaptable
- Immediately available
The Package:
