Key responsibilities
- Driving sales and KPIs
- Ensuring staff follow company guidelines, grooming guidelines and wear the correct uniformDaily/Weekly staff briefings
- Motivating, managing and supporting staffBuilding strong and long-lasting client relationships
- Ensuring daily operations run smoothly, for example: replenishing the shop floor, maintaining displays while following company guidelines and stocktakingVisual merchandising
