The Role:
- Warmly greeting and expertly guiding customers through skincare collections.
- Identifying customer needs and recommending tailored skincare solutions through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Providing in-depth product knowledge, explaining ingredients, benefits, and application techniques.
- Maintaining the pristine and inviting appearance of the skincare displays and counters.
- Efficiently processing transactions at the cash desk and beautifully wrapping purchases.
- Organising and replenishing stock within the stockroom, assisting with deliveries of new skincare arrivals.
About You:
- Previous retail experience, ideally with exposure to skincare or beauty products.
- A genuine interest in the luxury skincare market and its latest innovations.
- A confident and engaging salesperson with a passion for achieving results.
- Dedicated to providing exceptional and personalized customer service, helping individuals find their perfect skincare routine.
