We are seeking refined and dynamic Temporary Sales Associates to for a crucial two-month project, spanning the highly important seasonal period. This role is ideal for an individual with proven luxury retail experience who is ready to immerse themselves in the world of an iconic brand synonymous with artisanal craftsmanship, timeless elegance, and effortless style.
The role:
- Storytelling: Confidently articulate the heritage, material integrity, and masterful construction of each collection piece
- Providing detailed product knowledge and style advice
- Manage the complete client journey, from warm welcome and product presentation to seamless transaction
- Proactively drive and achieve sales targets by utilising advanced sales techniques, focusing on thoughtful up-selling and cross-selling across all product categories
- Ensuring the immaculate appearance of the shop floor and back of house areas
About you:
- Previous retail experience in a premium or luxury retail environment
- A proactive, results-oriented attitude with a high degree of personal flexibility and reliability
- Polished communication skills and ability to work as a brand ambassador
- Able to commit fully from November through January
