Our client, a British modern heritage brand, is looking for a Temporary Keyholder to support their new store opening!
Offering £14 per hour (£21 per hour on Sunday and £28 on Bank Holidays), this role is an exciting opportunity for an individual with proven Keyholding and Supervisory experience!
The role:
- Execute all opening and closing procedures, security, and cash management
- Act as Manager-on-Duty, supervising the team and delegating tasks
- Manage POS operations, transactions, and cash reconciliation
- Resolve customer complaints and manage operational incidents promptly
- Lead the team in driving sales and achieving performance targets
- Provide expert style advice and comprehensive product knowledge
- Maintain immaculate visual standards and execute merchandising updates
- Organise inventory, process deliveries, and assist with stock control
About you:
- Previous experience as a Keyholder in a fast paced retail environment
- Interest in premium or luxury fashion
- Passionate about offering exceptional customer service and driving a team
- Thrive under pressure while effectively managing multiple tasks and priorities
