The Role:
- Warmly greeting and expertly guiding customers through seasonal collections.
- Identifying customer needs and recommending styles through effective up-selling and cross-selling techniques.
- Providing in-depth product knowledge and brand history.
- Maintaining the pristine and inviting appearance of the boutique.
- Efficiently processing transactions at the cash desk and beautifully wrapping purchases.
- Organising and replenishing stock within the stockroom, assisting with deliveries.
About You:
- Previous retail or hospitality experience, ideally in the luxury market.
- A genuine interest in the luxury retail industry,
- A confident and engaging salesperson with a passion for achieving results.
- Dedicated to providing exceptional and personalised customer service.
- Flexible and available to start as soon as possible.
