As a full-time Sales Supervisor in their London boutique, you will step into an entry-level management role, balancing key-holder responsibilities with driving your own sales goals. You will demonstrate exceptional customer service, sharing responsibilities with both management and the sales team, whilst upholding the brand's vision.
The Role:
- Greeting all customers ensuring elevated and knowledgeable service
- Meeting or exceeding individual and store sales targets
- Building and maintaining a client book
- Assisting the sales team with selling and clientelling efforts
- Supporting and maintaining visual merchandising standards daily
- Overseeing the store in management's absence
- Monitoring compliance with company policies and procedures and reporting any issues
- Assisting with opening and closing procedures for the boutique
- Supporting inventory processes and retail operations
